Pricing Policy

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes). Checks or money orders must be in u.s. dollars

Shipping & Partial Shipment Policy

Orders placed on Thestartinglinenyc.com will ship in 2 business days for in-stock items; the exception being holidays.Thestartinglinenyc.com offers standard 2 to 6 business day shipping via the USPS Priority orFirst Class Mail.

In the event of an 'out-of-stock' or 'backordered' item, we will contact you directly about whether you'd like a partial shipment of in stock items, a complete shipment when all items are re-stocked, an exchange for an alternate item or cancellation of your order. There are no additional shipping charges for items on backorder that ship subsequent to your initial shipment.


U.S.A. domestic shipping costs

You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date of order or we'll expedite your shipping for an additional charge.


U.S.A shipping costs :

• USPS priority mail flat-rate of $4.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item.
• ups 3 business day delivery for a flat-rate of $12.95
• usps express mail overnight delivery for a flat-rate of $19.95
  (please note the order must be received by 4pm est. the day prior)

  Notes About Shipping

• The Starting Line uses various forms of delivery confirmation depending on the method of shipment. If an order is not received within a reasonable amount of time, we will verify the path through which your order was shipped in addition to whether the order was officially received at the shipping address listed.
• The Starting Line is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. The Starting Line is not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
• Very large orders are subject to different shipping charges.
